2014 – Central Office for Administrative and Electronic Public Services

In consortium with Multicontact Consulting Ltd., revalidated the technical documents developed for the project EKOP 2.3.8 titled ‘Comprehensive customer identification’ and funded by EKOP, as well as provided expertise in administration management, legal and organisational development issues.

2013 – Central Office for Administrative and Electronic Public Services

In consortium with Multicontact Consulting Ltd., developed the administrative system design, the logical IT system design, the high-level system architecture design, as well as the technical specification for application development in respect of the project EKOP-2.3.8-2012-2012-0001 titled ‘Comprehensive customer identification’

2011 – Central Office for Administrative and Electronic Public Services

As a subcontractor to Getronics Hungary Ltd., participated in the delivery of the Electronic Payment and Settlement System (EFER) by providing legal advice on laws and regulations. Created the training plan, as well as supported the Hungarian State Treasury, operator of the EFER system, with the planning and implementation of organisational change management.

2013 – Central Office for Administrative and Electronic Public Services

Conducted preliminary and subsequent impact studies with respect to the provisions of Chapter X of Act CXL of 2004 on the General Rules of Administrative Proceedings and Services, as well as to the related implementing regulations on commission by the Ministry’s Deputy State Secretariat for Information Technology in Public Administration.
