Assessed potential business, client, and user needs with regard to SOA ESB (Service Oriented Architecture, Enterprise Service Bus) functionality, and conceptualised tasks related to the establishment of SOA governance function. Determined the process components of existing and new services, and proposed implementation scenarios.

Within the framework of the high-priority project EKOP-1.1.4-2013-2013-0001 titled ‘Rollout of the Centralised Governmental Information Technology System’ (KKIR2), performed continuous monitoring of the development responsibilities concerning the enhancement of e-governmental services for National Infocommunications Services Company Ltd., carried out the legal compliance audit, and provided expertise support in other respects.

Offered quality assurance services and participated in preparing for the EU audit of the project EKOP-2.2.1-2012-201-0001 titled ‘Delivery of governmental data centre and value-added IT services – Governmental cloud.

In association with the GSM-R project, examined the opportunities for implementing project management tools to improve project efficiency, submitted a proposal for implementing such tools, and completed preparation for their implementation.

Developed the logical model for a personal e-administration interface and its modified version that can be integrated into the feasibility study of the project funded by the European Union.

As a participant in the high-priority project EKOP 2.3.8 titled ‘Comprehensive customer identification’, offered technical assistance with governmental authentication and the related services.

As a subcontractor to Multicontact Consulting Ltd., provided technical expertise support and coordination services for the e-toll project office operated by National Infocommunications Services Company Ltd. and the Ministry of National Development, as well as for National Infocommunications Services Company Ltd. as the systems integrator.

Within the scope of the project KÖZOP-2.4.0-09-11-2011-0001 titled ‘Preparation of the high-priority project to procure a GSM-R system and provide the related services’ under the Transport Operational Programme, offered project management support and project office administration.

Forged a new methodology for human resources management related to IT development responsibilities emerging in the Development Division of the National Infocommunications Services Company, and laid the foundation for IT support (submitted proposals for restructuring internal processes as well as for developing or enhancing organisational procedures).
